### Leadership Resources

Leadership Resources is a consulting practice that develops high-performing leaders and creates a culture of accountability for its clients. They accomplish this through proven methods of strategic planning, EOS® implementation, leadership development, and proprietary technology called Accelerate. Leadership Resources runs its company on EOS®.

### How We Help Them

11outof11 started by redesigning and relaunching the Leadership Resources website. As part of an ongoing strategy to boost lead generation and improve visibility, we deliver a steady stream of thought-leadership articles and blog posts about intriguing leadership development topics.

This has led to an increase in the company’s visibility on search engines by 125%, plus a significant increase in their average deal size and a much-needed shortening of their sales cycle. We also helped them turn a 100% in-person program into a 100% virtual program at just the right moment in history when the global pandemic reshaped education and communication.

Perhaps most impressively, Leadership Resources has grown their contact database of business leaders by 1,800% with 11outof11’s help. This gives them a strong position in their industry and sets the stage for even more success in the future. That’s ideal for a company that values steady growth over time.

#### We Increased Their Contact Database of Prospects By 1,800%!
